FRAMED does not provide buyer-to-seller chat. Structured offers, checkout, order updates and verified reviews stay connected to the protected marketplace record.

Payments

Do not send money by bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency or an external payment link. Website and iOS checkout ask the backend to recheck price, seller status, availability, delivery and reservation state before payment.

Accounts and listings

Use a unique password, verify your email and never share a sign-in code. Report suspected copied artwork, unsafe content, account compromise or payment manipulation through Contact.

Urgent issues

For an active payment or order issue, include the FRAMED order reference but never include a password, full card number, security code or identity document in the contact form.
