FRAMED is designed to collect the information needed to operate accounts, seller verification, listings, offers, orders, delivery, support, security and optional seller-launch updates.

Account rights

Authenticated users can request account deletion with a recovery period. Batch 7 also adds an authenticated account-data export workflow; it must be deployed and operationally tested before being described as available in production.

Payment information

Card details are collected by Stripe's approved payment interface, not stored in FRAMED application documents. FRAMED stores payment and order identifiers needed for fulfilment, reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal records.

Retention and professional review

Order, accounting, fraud and dispute records may require longer retention than ordinary profile information. The final production privacy notice, retention schedule, processor list and international-transfer wording require professional legal review.
